Gamay/Poulsard,PatrickBottex,LaCueille,Bugey-Cerdon,Savoie,France(6ozSparklingWine) $8
Lightly sweet, mildy effervesant and full of delicious red fruit notes, this sparkling RED is an awesome discovery that is unique, yet ridiculously approachable and refreshing. A blend of 90% Gamay (The grape of Beaujolais) and 10% Poulsard (a red variety grown mostly in the Jura region of France) that is made ‘Method Ancestral’, meaning that the wine is bottled before the initial fermentation is complete (rather than a secondary fermentation as in Champagne).
Madeira,RareWineCo.,NewYorkMalmsey,Madeira(3oz) $10
Madeira is a legendary fortified wine from the Portuguese archipelago of Madeira, off the coast of Morocco. It is produced in a varierty of styles ranging from dry to very sweet. The wines of Madeira have a long history here in the US, and was actually used to toast the signing of the Declaration of Independence. In the making of Madeira, it goes through a process called ‘estufagem’, which essentially heats the wine for up to three months. The result is a wine that is incredibly long lived and stable even after opening. Bottles of Madeira from the 1800s can still be found and an opened bottle of Madeira will stay lively for several months. I recently got one bottle each of some 40+ year old Madeira that we will be featuring with our dessert wines.
Port, Fonseca, 20yr Tawny, Duoro, Portugal (3oz) $12
Caramel colored, sweet and intense with aromas of toffee and dried fruit.

After dinner coffee cocktails
These are hot coffee cocktails that we have available. Servers should prepare coffee press and bring it to the cocktail station and let them know it's for your order. The cocktailers will then prepare the drink and deliver it to the table. The coffee press will not go to the table.
