CRAFT ETHICS FOR MAINTAINING A CLEAN RESTAURANT ENVIRONMENT....
- ·Silverware, glassware, plates, and napkins on a table should be removed and replaced if they are soiled, cracked or chipped during the guest experience.
- ·All settings on tables should be clean and properly polished before storing or setting tables.
- Polite body language and manners should always be used when speaking to or assisting a guest such as "Youʻre Welcome” or “Are you still enjoying your fish and chips?” or “Pardon my reach.”
- When pre-bussing, we are aware of guest experience and never leave one guest eating alone or feeling rushed. If other guests on table have made it clear that they would like their plates removed through gesture we will still ask politely prior to removing the plates.
- Our personal appearance is always kept clean, we are aware of not touching our hair, face, allow settings or plates to touch our uniforms, or chew gum in front of guest. Our uniforms are fresh, our hairstyles and facial hair is kept neat and presentable at all times.
- We are aware of all of our restaurant surroundings including lights, windows, table tops, counters, service station neatness, organization of all areas in the guest view, neatly folded towels, napkins, clean floors, etc.
- All food & beverage items are always handled with care and in a sanitary manner. We do not touch any area of those items where guest may put their mouth near. We use tongs, gloves and serving utensils where necessary to provide a clean environment.
- We participate in deep clean and take pride in the presentation and cleanliness of our restaurant.
